a little bit of home

when Julia and I get asked what a traditional swiss dish is, besides raclette and fondue, we tell them about älplermagronen. and from the sole composition of the dish our friends could not really imagine that this tastes any good. so we had to convince them and cook it for them. that's what we did on wednesday evening:) and it comes as no surprise that they really liked it also with the applesauce hihihih.

this was marc's first time in copenhagen and I was so excited to show my favorite city to him:) the weather was more or less sunny but it was soooo cold. we really enjoyed our time and as always ate very well! listen, I have told you so much already about copenhagen I think I will just let the pictures speak for itself:)
