how I am doing mentally
I really needed to remind myself that i have to take care of myself in order to function and have enough social battery when I'm with other people. so I try to spend at least two nights at home by myself to read, watch series, write my blog, knit ect. I currently feel very good and healthy because I also try to live healthy (note: everyone has a different understanding of a healthy lifestyle) I'm doing sports 3 times a week and I stopped overeating and really just eat as much as my hunger goes. on top of that I try to eat more veggies. all these things make me feel light and I feel mentally strong.
