my last whole week
this week it felt really really real that I'm leaving soon. the realisation started kicking in that I will be gone in less than a week and it kinda felt surreal. I often would stand on the balcony and have tears in my eyes because I just could not believe that it was over already and that I have to leave this all behind!! this week I also had two exams so I also had to focus on this, which maybe wasn't even that bad. I felt even more real when I started packing and throwing things out! I think everything just felt so unreal that I could not really prepare mentally for leaving.

an activity that I hate doing but with another person it is fun to do was doing groceries. and my grocery buddy would always be julia, because we often did it together. so this week we did our last grocery shopping together and I just loved it. it is crazy how an activity sooo simple literally makes me have tears in my eyes while just writing this. I don't know what it is but doing this with her and trying new things, buying our go-to stuff and the best part her being happy about the candy where you can pick and fill your own bag of candy, it was just so comforting and I am so happy that I got to do this with her. for sure a core memory!

one last party
this week was also one last party where everyone was gathered together. it was very nice to have this time with all those people together and soaking up the moment. we laughed a lot!
